울 룰루님~~ 163비자에 대해 잘아시는군요..ㅎㅎ. 제가 대기업 부장급이라 163자격은 충분하다고 합니다.서류상요건도(그들은 요술쟁이 인가봅니다.ㅎㅎ) 가능하다고 하고요.참, 대행해주시는 분은 믿을만 합니다.모든수속비및 대행료(1,800만원)는 준비완료 했구요,가져갈 돈이 1,000만원 뿐입니다.이민가서 지출 vs 수입을 맞출 수 있을까요? 추천잡이나 배워갈 기술 조언부탁,물론 각오는 단단히 하는데 생각과 현실은 엄연히 다른 것이기에..이것이 불가능하면 의미없는 결정이라 사료되는데요..그리고 외국에서 겨우겨우 버티며 생계를 유지하는 입장에서 어떻게 자금을 축적하여 사업체를 세워 영주권자격을 맟출 수 있을지 걱정입니다. 감사

여기서 가끔 학생들이 기술이민하는거 보시고, 임시비자를 착각하시는분 계신듯한데요

 

임시비자조건 만족하면 퍼머넌트비자(영주권) 받는거 처럼 말하는건,

업자들이나 꼴통들이하는 소리입니다..

 

This visa is for people who have a successful business career, and have a genuine and realistic commitment to be involved as an owner in a new or existing business in Australia.

This visa is also the first step towards being granted a permanent Business Skills visa.

 

즉, 퍼머넌트비자의 첫관문일 뿐입니다!!!

 

You may be eligible for a permanent Business Skills visa after holding this visa for a minimum of two (2) years.

 

To be eligible for a permanent Business Skills visa you must meet all the obligations of this visa and additional requirements of the permanent Business Skills visa you apply for.

 

Meeting these requirements may take you longer than two (2) years.

 

After two (2) years you may be eligible to apply for on-e of the following visas:

 

• Business Owner (residence)
  or
• State/Territory Sponsored Business Owner (residence)

 

163(임시)를 최소 2년이상 가지고 있으면 890 또는 892라는 퍼머넌트비자를

신청하실수 있습니다.

글구 룰루가 말한 163비자 조건도 군데군데 틀리던데요???

그중 하나만 들자면,

Business ownership or management record

 

You must have an ownership interest in a main business (or two main business combined) with an an annual turnover of at least AUD$300,000 in at least two of the four fiscal years immediately before you apply.

핵심조건중 하나인 오너쉽기록 증명인데,

턴오버가 적어도 AUD$300,000 되어야한다...근데 신청시 기준 4년중 2년 입니다.

3년 말아드셨음 괜찮다 어쩌구 하던데요?? 아닌가요? ㅡㅡ+

 

하긴 뭐, 서류는 그쪽 이민공사인가?? 뭔가가 다 알아서 꾸며주신다니??? 쩝..

암튼 이 임시비자(163) 만족한다고 퍼머넌트 받는거 아닙니다...

 

그냥 호주 4년거주 할수있도록 임시로 조치해주는거죠...

 

 

그런후 2년조건 만족하시고 만약 Business Owner (Residence) (Subclass 890)를

신청하신다면 추가 조건이 생깁니다.

Provided employment

 

Throughout the 12 months immediately before you apply, your (or your and your spouses) business (or two main businesses) employed at least the equivalent of two full-time employees who are:

 

• Australian citizens
• Australian permanent residents
• New Zealand passport holders
• not members of your family.

 

시민권자나 영주권자 아님 키위여권가진 애들을

풀타임으로 최소 2명이상 고용해야 합니다. 물론 가족은 안되구여..

위의 셋중 2개를 만족해야합니다..물론 서폰서받으면 그만큼 쉽기는 하지요,,,

근데 이때도 또 돈주고 하실생각이신가요???

 

마지막으로,,, 어제말씀드렸지만, 안타깝지만 천만원으로 불가능합니다!!!

불확실한 미래에 왜 가족들까지 희생시키려 하시나요???
