조건은

(스폰서쉽 서는 애가  시민권자, 퍼머넌트 비자홀더 또는 뉴질랜드 시민권자 일때)

Spouse temporary visa (subclass 820) and permanent visa (subclass 801)

 

For people to stay in Australia with their partner, who must be an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen. If two years after you apply the spousal relationship is on-going, a permanent visa may be granted.

 

섭클라스는 820 또는 801비자라구 부르구여

 

820비자는 - Spouse temporary visa 부르구요..

 

어떤 사람이 신청하냐?? 하면

remain in Australia with your spouse, until a decision is made regarding your permanent visa

 

퍼머넌트비자 나올때까지 호주에 함께 있으면 되구여...

해서 임시(temporary...)비자라고 함...ㅋㅋㅋ

 

요 임시 비자받으면,,,,

 

1. work in Australia - 호주일할수 있구여

 

2. study in Australia, but you will not have access to government funding for tertiary study - 공부할수 있구여....단, 캥거루정부의 보조는 없구여....

(대학/대학원 <--------- 전에 어떤분이 잘못 아신듯해서요  ^^)

 

3. enrol in Australia's medical benefits expenses and hospital care scheme, Medicare. - 메디캐어되구여

 

temporary visa (usually for a waiting period of approximately two (2) years from the date you applied for the visa)

 

보통 신청하고 2년정도 있으면,

 

on a permanent visa if, after the waiting period (if applicable), your partner relationship still exists and you are still eligible for this

 

그기간 지나고도 안싸우고 잘살면?ㅋㅋ^^ 퍼머넌트비자 나옵니다...

남-남이나 여-여 결혼가능하구여,,,,하면 비자두 줍니다..^^

 

남자분들 너무 여자만 찾지마시구여,,,

여자분들 너무 남자만 안찾으셔도 됩니다...아하하하하 <-- 농담이구여^^

결혼은 '人倫之大事(인륜지대사)'라고 했습니다....

비자가 이것보다 더 중요할순 없습니다.....^^

즉, 제말은 단순 호주체류 비자땜에 이걸 고려하는거 말도안된다 말입니다...

사랑하고, 함께할 가정을 이루고자 맘이 서서 해야된다는 겁니다..^^
