An exciting opportunity exists for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our dynamic and professional Resources Operations Team in a FIFO role from Perth.
Reporting to the Village Manager, the primary objective of this role is to effectively manage the entire Housekeeping Department in line with ISS standards and contractual agreements.
Areas of responsibility:-
As you will be in constant contact with senior executives and external representatives, you will display polished presentation and communication abilities.

Reporting to the Village Manager, the primary objective of this role is to effectively manage the entire Housekeeping Department in line with ISS standards and contractual agreements.
Areas of responsibility:-
- Implement and control the department budget
- Implement and control costs such as wages, linen and consumables
- Handle guest complaints
- Implement and review service standards
- Liaise with Engineering to ensure safety hazards in front and back of house areas of the outlets are addressed
- Assist the Human Resources team in the recruitment and selection of team members
- Ensure effectiveness of training, performance evaluations and counselling of staff for the department
- Ensure a strong interface with Front Office and other Managers as required
- Must be willing to do a 8/6 roster
As you will be in constant contact with senior executives and external representatives, you will display polished presentation and communication abilities.
- You will have extensive experience in the Hospitality sector and in particular Housekeeping management experience.
- Proven leadership skills are an essential requirement of the role as is a strong decision making capability.
